Welcome & Check-In
Before You Arrive
Completing registration before arrival will help prevent check-in delays. Complete your online guest registration through Park N Spot using the link provided by us. During registration, you will:
Register your stay and register and pay for vehicle[s] parking and applicable resort fees
Register pets, if applicable and upload required pet documentation
Resort Registration & Parking Fees
Every reservation must be registered through Park N Spot before arrival. The required one-time resort registration fee is $55, plus a 10% administration fee, applicable taxes, and credit card processing fees. Your first vehicle is $55.
This includes:
Parking for one vehicle in the covered garage or open lot
Guest wristbands
Access to the pools, hot tubs, and fitness center
Use of luggage carts
When You Arrive
Stop by Owner Services in the Tower 2 lobby to pick up your guest wristbands and pet leash sleeves, if applicable.
Arriving Late? Proceed directly to your condo using your door code. You can pick up your wristbands from Owner Services the following morning.
Condo Access
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Your Schlage door code is the last four digits of the phone number used when booking.
To Unlock the Door
Touch the Schlage logo and enter your four-digit code.
Press the checkmark.
To lock, touch the Schlage logo after closing the door. Please confirm that the door has locked before leaving.
Parking Information
Registered vehicles may use the covered garage or open parking lot. Unregistered vehicles may be booted and subject to a $150 fee.
Loading Zones
Loading zones are available for 30 minutes at Tower 1's front entrance and underground area, and the Tower 2 lobby entrance.
Please do not leave vehicles unattended beyond the posted time limit.
Accessible Parking
Handicap-accessible parking is available on all levels of the Tower 2 garage, in front of Tower 1, the Tower 1 underground garage, and the stand-alone garage next to Tower 2.

Need to Park a Second Vehicle?
A second vehicle may be registered through Park N Spot for $35, plus a 10% administration fee, applicable taxes, and credit card processing fees. Register all vehicles during the initial guest registration process whenever possible.
Please Note: Parking is limited, especially June through August. Additional resort parking is not guaranteed.
If Resort Parking Is Unavailable
Check with the Tower 2 Registration Desk upon arrival for overflow parking.

Pet Policy
Before Arriving with a Pet
Pets must be approved and registered through Park N Spot before arrival. Upload required vaccination records and service animal documentation, if applicable.
Pet Fees
OR Homes: $125 per stay. Maximum of two pets, 25 lbs. max per pet.
Grand Panama Resort: $50 per pet for the first 7 days, then $5 per pet, per night thereafter.
Pet Rules During Your Stay
Pick up your required pet leash sleeve from Tower 2 Owner Services.
A map of pet relief areas is available inside the condo.
Keep pets leashed, use designated relief areas, and clean up after them.
Pets are not permitted on resort beaches unless they are registered service animals.
Violations may result in fines of $100 per day.
Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome and must meet the requirements of a legally recognized service animal under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Guests should submit any documentation required by the resort before arrival and keep applicable records available during their stay.
Emotional Support Animals
Guests traveling with an emotional support animal must provide documentation dated before check-in from a licensed healthcare professional. Properly documented emotional support animals may be exempt from resort pet fees, but other registration requirements and resort rules still apply. Documentation must confirm the guest has a qualifying disability and the animal provides support that alleviates one or more symptoms or effects of that disability.
Pet Health Requirements
Bring a copy of your pet’s current vaccination records and upload required records during registration. All pets must be free of fleas and ticks and Rabies, Bordetella, Canine parvovirus, Canine influenza, Leptospirosis vaccinations are required.
Restricted Dog Breeds
The following restrictions apply to both purebred and mixed-breed dogs. These breeds are not permitted on the property:
Akita, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Catahoula Leopard Dog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf or wolf hybrid.
Beach Restrictions
Pets are not permitted on the PCB beaches unless they are registered service animals. The Dog Beach at Pier Park PCB is a nearby pet-friendly option where dogs can enjoy the sand and water.
