Grand Panama Beach Resort Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions!

• Up to 2 pets per stay (25 lbs. max per pet)

• $125 owner pet fee

  Plus Grand Panama Resort fees:

• $50 per pet (nights 1–7)

• $5 per night thereafter

*Emotional support animals are exempt from resort pet fees with proper documentation submitted to the Condo Association.

Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome and must meet the requirements of a legally recognized disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs)

Guests traveling with an emotional support animal must provide documentation dated prior to check-in from a licensed healthcare professional (such as a physician, psychiatrist, social worker, or mental health provider). The documentation must confirm:

• The individual has a qualifying disability.

• The animal provides support that alleviates one or more symptoms or effects of the disability.

Documentation must be provided before arrival.

Restricted Breeds

For the safety and comfort of all guests, certain dog breeds are not permitted on the property. Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to:

• Akita

• American Pit Bull Terrier

• American Staffordshire Terrier

• Catahoula Leopard Dog

• Chow Chow

• Doberman Pinscher

• German Shepherd

• Husky

• Malamute

• Pit Bull

• Presa Canario

• Rottweiler

• Staffordshire Bull Terrier

• Wolf or Wolf Hybrid

This restriction applies to both purebred and mixed-breed dogs.

Resort Pet Registration

Prior to your stay, you will receive a message with a link to Park N Spot. This site is used to:

• Register your pet(s)

• Pay the resort pet fee

• Upload current vaccination records

• Submit emotional support animal or service animal documentation

  Please ensure all required information and paperwork are completed prior to arrival to help provide a smooth check-in experience.

Vaccination Requirements

Pets must be flea and tick free, and we recommend bringing vaccination records. For the safety of all guests and pets, the following vaccinations are required:

• Rabies

• Bordetella

• Canine Parvovirus & Canine Influenza

• Leptospirosis

Pet Rules

• Pets must remain in designated pet-friendly areas

• Leashes are required at all times outside the unit 
(Excludes certified service and emotional support animals)

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets

• Noncompliance may result in $100/day fines per violation

• Leash sleeves are required and obtained at Tower 2 lobby:

  • Red = Service Animals

  • Blue = Emotional Support Animal
