Included Parking Options

With your reservation, guests are provided 2 parking spots during their stay.

Guests may park in:

  • The Parking Garage

  • The Open Lot Parking

Resort Parking Registration

Prior to your stay, you will receive a message with a link to Park N Spot. This site is used to:

  • Register your vehicle(s) with the resort

  • Purchase required parking passes

Parking Pass Fees
• $55 for the first vehicle
• $35 for a second vehicle
• $55 for motorcycles

This is a one-time resort fee that covers your whole stay.

Additional Vehicles

If you have additional vehicles, please stop by the Registration Desk in Tower 2 upon arrival to check for extra parking availability.

Please note:
During peak season (June–August), additional parking spots are very limited and may not be available.

Public Parking

Public parking is available directly across from Sterling Reef and is approximately a 5-minute walk to Grand Panama. (1201 Front Beach Rd)

Public lots in Panama City Beach generally use the Passport Parking app with the following 2026 rates:

  • Hourly: $2 per hour (up to 6 hours)

  • Daily: $12 per 24 hours

  • Weekly: $84 per week

 

RJ’s Pay & Park

  • Privately gated lot

  • Great for:

    • Extra vehicles

    • Boats

    • Trailers

  • Cost: $10/night
