Plans can change, and we understand that flexibility matters when booking a trip. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair, giving you time to adjust your plans when needed while helping us prepare for your stay.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance through a trusted provider -such as Allianz, Traveler’s Insurance, or World Nomads - to help protect your trip against unforeseen circumstances.

• Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in.

• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
